LMEA All State Jazz Audition
Requirements for
Trumpets
2011-2012

Players are to follow All-State Band scale octave requirements (pg. 7) of LMEA Handbook.

Students shall perform all twelve major scales in the following order:

C, F, Bb, Eb, Ab, Db/C#, Gb/F#, B, E, A, D, and G.

*Each student is to provide his/her own equipment and music for auditions.  The only                      
exception is the piano and amplifier.  

**Students are reminded that all selections must be performed with the CD which will be
supplied at the audition site.
