ALL SAXOPHONES
2011-2012



Players are to follow All-State Band scale octave requirements (pg. 7) of LMEA Handbook

Students shall perform all twelve major scales in the following order:

C, F, Bb, Eb, Ab, Db/C#, Gb/F#, B, E, A, D, and G.

Set I (2008-2009)

Miles (play as written), pg. 26-27
Joe's Thing (play head one chorus, improvise two choruses), pg. 18

Set II ( 2009-2010)

*Each student is to provide his/her own equipment and music for auditions.  The only
exception is the piano and amplifier.

**Students are reminded that all selections must be performed with the CD which will be
supplied at the audition site.
